Subject: It's Not Possible to Make This Much

Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!

If you've been following me for any length of time, you might remember me sharing in my videos how a couple years ago we had a business "on the closing block" for $4.2 Million, and within 30-45 days of closing the buyer thought he could get cute, thinking we were going to "blink," and the buyer brilliantly stupid move signaled our need to terminate the deal.

Because the seller, two business partners, was on a great trajectory, I told them to hold off, continue to build, and sell in the future at an even greater price.

Well, well, well.  Look what we have here. Fast forward two years, and now the business is doing $6.4 Million per year with a prospective buyer in tow.

Keep in mind, their 25% increase over these last couple of years since we disengaged from the buyer equates to $1.6 Million.  Yeah, you don't add that much value catering to brokers and gobbling up scraps and low hanging fruit.

I'll NEVER stop marveling at what a dumb $hit the previous prospective buyer was in botching the previous deal.  He could have had this business for $4.2 Million along with other growth opportunities that we had been lining up.  But hey, that's what happens when you try to get cute!

Regardless, my peeps, for those of you thinking you can't make REAL money in this industry, it's laughable.  You don't get any more communist than the state in which they operate.  They're surrounded by plenty of brokers and MCOs, and face every "headwind" and anti-business practice possible. Yet, look at the result when you play the game the right way.  Just saying!

Two quick additional notes:

1. NO, this is NOT a franchise.  For the love of God, STAY AWAY from the pick-pocketing wannabee franchises!  All they promise you is broker work, and especially once you're operational, you don't need them.  It's like giving away money with no ROI.

2. NOT a single prospective buyer, hospital or facility staff member, or customer has EVER asked "Are your drivers nationally credentialed," blah, blah, blah.  PLEASE STOP being duped by the laughable "National Credentialing" scam.  NO ONE CARES because it doesn't matter how many organization claim there is, THERE IS NONE!!  Just because you say there is doesn't make it a reality.  It's money-making scam!  Sorry, just facts.

See you at the Top!
