Hello Everyone,

This is Kathy, Joel's Office Manager. I'm contacting all of
you with some quick updates for our upcoming December 9th
Million Dollar Seminar. So please review and contact us
with questions.

1. Are there still seats available? This has been the most
popular question to date. The answer is yes, there are
still seats available, but I encourage you not to wait until
the last minute to reserve your seat.

2. The Courtyard Marriott, the location of the Million
Dollar Seminar is only able to hold rooms until the 25th of
November. So again, don't wait until the last minute to
make your reservations. If for some reason you're unable to
book rooms at the Courtyard Marriott you'll have to try some
of the surrounding hotels such as Howard Johnson, Holiday
Inn, and Hampton Inn. But I encourage you to try and make
your hotel reservations at the Courtyard Marriott. I think
it will be much easier for you. The number for the
Courtyard Marriott is (607) 644-1000. Rooms are typically
$129 per night, but when you tell them that you're with the
Million Dollar Seminar your rooms will be discounted to $99
per night! So again, don't delay!

3. If you have any questions about the Million Dollar
Seminar itself, I encourage you to contact us either via
email or telephone at (607) 797-1475. The Courtyard has
informed us that a number of people have contacted them
requesting information about the actual Seminar. However,
the hotel has no knowledge of specific details or information
regarding the Seminar. The hotel only provides the location
and the rooms for our attendees.

4. Meals WILL be included on the day of the Seminar! And
as previous attendees will attest, we don't skip on meals!
Joel refuses to. He says he's too fat to go without food!
Anyways, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will all be buffet
style and will most definitely be good food.

5. On December 9th, we'll be starting promptly at 9:00 AM.
So please make sure you get there for breakfast no later
than 8:30 AM. All meals on the will be arranged in front of
the room where the seminar will be held. So just follow the
signs for the "Million Dollar Seminar." The room is very
close to the front desk so you shouldn't have too much
difficulty finding us.

6. If you haven't already contacted us with your flight
information so that we can pick up and return you, then you
need to contact us with your info ASAP. You can reach us at
our office at 607-797-1475. We'll pick you up and return
you to the airport if you plan on flying into either the
Broome County Airport or the Syracuse Airport. Some have
asked if we will pick people up from other airports, but
because of time and logistics for this event we can only
pick you up and return you if you plan on flying into either
the Broome County Airport or the Syracuse Airport.

7. What is the appropriate dress? That's up to you. We
just want you to be comfortable. However, we're not sure of
what the weather will be. But remember, it's December in
New York so just make sure you dress warmly. We'll be going
outside to conduct hands-on-training so you'll definitely
want a jacket!

8. You don't have to worry about bringing a notebook or
paper. Everyone will be given a very large workbook that
follows the presentations and has very important information.
Included in this notebook is plenty of room to make notes.
Just bring a pen or pencil.

9. Dispatching Made Easy WILL be on sale and available to
all attendees for only $300. That's a savings of $197.95.
Suitable payment methods are cash or bank check made payable
to "Maximus Management Group, Inc." I will be giving a
brief demonstration on how easy DME is to use and operate.
This is a popular dispatching software system and we use it
everyday. So I'm sure that you're going to want to get your
hands on a highly discounted copy of DME.
