Hello Everyone,

This is Kathy, Joel's Office Manager. I'm contacting all of you with some quick yet very important updates for our upcoming December 9th Million Dollar Seminar. Many of you have been emailing and calling with questions so I think it's important that I send out a general broadcast to all of you that we're going to have the pleasure to meet!

1. December 9th's Million Dollar Seminar is going to be held at the Courtyard Marriott in Vestal, New York. It is a very nice hotel with very nice accommodations. We have reserved a block of rooms for this event, but they can only promise to hold these rooms until November 25th. So, it's definitely a first come first serve basis. Do NOT wait until the last minute to make your reservations. If you miss out on reserving your room at the Courtyard Marriott you will have to try some of the surrounding hotels such as Howard Johnson, Holiday Inn, and Hampton Inn. But I encourage you to just make it easy on yourself and reserve your room at the Courtyard Marriott. You can contact the Courtyard Marriott at (607) 644-1000. Rooms are typically $129 per night, but when you tell them that you're with the Million Dollar Seminar your rooms will be discounted to $99 per night! So again, don't delay!

2. Meals WILL be included on the day of the Seminar! And as previous attendees will attest, we don't skip on meals! Joel refuses to. He says he's too fat to go without food! Anyways, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will all be buffet style and will most definitely be good food.

3. On December 9th, we'll be starting promptly at 9:00 AM. So please make sure you get there for breakfast no later than 8:30 AM. All meals on the will be arranged in front of the room where the seminar will be held. So just follow the signs for the "Million Dollar Seminar." The room is very close to the front desk so you shouldn't have too much difficulty finding us.

4. If you haven't already contacted us with your flight information so that we can pick up and return you, then you need to contact us with your info ASAP. You can reach us at our office at 607-797-1475. We'll pick you up and return you to the airport if you plan on flying into either the Broome County Airport or the Syracuse Airport. But again, don't delay. If you wait until the last minute I can't guarantee as we will be very busy transporting Seminar attendees as well as local transports in general.

5. Many of you have asked about what is the appropriate dress. We just tell everyone to be comfortable. However, we're not sure of what the weather will be. But it's December in New York so just make sure you dress warmly. We'll be going outside to conduct hands-on-training so you'll definitely want a jacket!

6. You don't have to worry about bringing a notebook or paper. Everyone will be given a very large workbook that follows the presentations and has very important information. Included in this notebook is plenty of room to make notes. Just bring a pen or pencil.

7. Many have asked about the sizeable discount for DME. Dispatching Made Easy WILL be on sale and available to all attendees for only $300. That's a savings of $197.95. Suitable payment methods are cash or bank check made payable to "Maximus Management Group, Inc." I will be giving a brief demonstration on how easy DME is to use and operate. We use it everyday in our business so I'm sure that you're going to want to get your hands on a highly discounted copy of DME.
