But there is so much going on and so many emails and questions
regarding my upcoming Million Dollar Seminar and the
United Medical Transportation Providers Group (UMTPG).

The content in this email is important, so please take the time to read
everything.

Some quick admin things before we go to some important Q&A:

come, first serve scenario.

The room is only so big and the seating is limited.  So if you wait until
the last minute, don't be surprised if there's no seating available.  It's

that will be revealed soon.  I suspect that probably some time next week
you might notice some "issues" as we migrate the content from one
web-platform to another.  But fear not, ALL content and info will be safe
and secure.

Now, onto some UMTPG Q&A.  Let me also warn you that I still have a
ton of emails sitting in my inbox that I'm working to answer.  So if I am
slow to respond to your emails, please forgive me!

These questions and answers will be posted on MDTVIP.com very soon
along with other updates and info.  I'm just holding off for now until the
upgrades on the site are complete.

What is the purpose of the UMTPG?

Ultimately - to further promote, build, enhance, and excel our industry
and our member's market opportunities.  UMTPG is about helping our
members get in business, grow their business, and protect their
business - bottom line! 

Success will be achieved in a wide variety of ways by implementing a
host of strategic strategies.  In so doing and as a result, UMTPG will also
be working to instill and create confidence in customers, facilities, and
strategic partners of all associated members. 

Who can join UMTPG?

Technically, anyone can join and become a member and supporter! 
However, to be clear, the UMTPG is an advocate for the NEMT industry
exclusively.  The UMTPG will not be one of those typical all-inclusive
organizations that tries to cater to everyone and every industry.

Such exclusivity will not only strengthen our organization but it will also lend
credibility to existing members and help to focus our overall mission and
purpose.

How will UMTPG endorse members?

For certified members, UMTPG will literally send correspondence to specific
facilities and organizations that you are partnering.  They will be informed
that you are a "Certified Medical Transportation Provider" and that you have
received various training ranging from business management and customer
service to safety procedures. 

Members will receive CC'ed copies of each letter for your own records and
to be used as evidence in marketing to other prospective facilities and
partners.

How will UMTPG know whom to send correspondence and
endorsements?

From you! As a member, you will share with us the contact names,
addresses, and circumstances regarding each facility and organization with
whom you're partnering.  This information will also be used to further
promote the benefits and high standards of UMTPG members.  In time, this
will help promote member's businesses versus non-members.

Who will be certified and how do you become certified?

In the immediate future, only members that have either (1) attended one of
my Million Dollar Seminars, or (2) did one-on-one training with me, or (3)
invested in my Million Dollar Seminar DVD Series will be considered certified. 

The reason for this exclusivity in certification is because (1) as the founder of
UMTPG, I personally will associate with nothing less, and (2) the strategies
I teach serves as an example of the high standards for which we will continue
to build this organization upon.

In the future, as the UMTPG infrastructure grows, and as is the case with
most professional industries, members will be responsible for re-certification. 
This re-certification will be comprised of the studying of various literature and
by the physical instruction and evaluation of "Regional Examiners." 

Why is certification necessary?

Because we are going to build something special - something with high
standards! 

Unlike other groups and organizations where you need only pay enough money
and you're "granted access and membership," UMTPG is going to be
absolutely different.  We will have high standards for which, in looking long-
term, all members will have to be re-certified on a fixed basis, approximately
every 2-3 years, by Regional Examiners.

A re-certification process every few years is important because it will further
enhance member credibility and worthiness with customers, clients, and
facilities.  It demonstrates that you and your staff are "current" with safety
standards and business policies and procedures.

Who are UMTPG Regional Examiners?

Determining Regional Examiners will be an evolutionary process based upon a
variety of concerns and issues to include industry experience, membership
length, availability and much more.   Details and strategies for creating such an
oversight process will continued to be developed in the coming months.  

UMTPG members that are being re-certified will pay a variable amount for the
cost of such certification.  This cost will compensate the Regional Examiner as
well as cover associated expenses with providing proof of re-certification.

What are the benefits of being a UMTPG Regional Examiner?

Regional Examiners will be compensated for their time and efforts and, thus,
can generate another source of revenue!

Being a UMTPG Regional Examiner will be a distinguished honor that will further
enhance your entrepreneurial accomplishments as well as that of your personal
NEMT business.
