Hi Friend,

I'm taking a quick poll for which I ask for your prompt assistance and
feedback. 

At my March 2011 Seminar in NY my wife and I hosted a dinner
party at my house on Friday, the night before.  I think this proved to
be a great opportunity for all of our attendees to get together to meet,
network, and socialize versus meeting for the first time at the
Seminar.

In setting up hotel accommodations for my August MDT Boot Camp,
I am working with the prospective hotels to make some kind of
simple accommodations for us to meet and socialize on Friday
evening, August 5th.

Even if it's some available space in the hotel bar I think it would be a
great opportunity for us all. 

Please let me know your thoughts and feedback and if you plan on
arriving early enough on Friday evening to join us.  I don't want to
waste my time or the hotels in requesting some accommodations if
it's not a popular request.
