Subject: Follow-up to Joel's Email on Getting Started

Hello everyone,

This is Dawn.  I hope you all had a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving and that you are having a great weekend.

Let me start by thanking all of you who expressed interest in having Dan, Charlie and me assist you with helping you get your business started.  Many of your great questions were accompanied by kind words and compliments for the work we do for which we are always thankful and appreciative.

If you missed Joel's previous message, he recently sent out an email trying to gather the level of interest in having the three of us help many of you who are new the NEMT industry for 60 days of coaching at a reduced rate.  With a growing list of new clients and those keeping Joel on retainer, our hope is to help reduce some of Joel's workload, but also, one of our primary goals is to help newbies save money while avoiding costly mistakes.  So many times, people enlist Joel's help after they have already made many costly mistakes - typically, the result of listing to the wrong people and bad advice.  Our hope is to help many of you avoid the costly mistakes.

Again, thank you all for your awesome emails.  In an effort to answer many of your great questions, let me offer the following details that we recently discussed with Joel:

1. Just like Joel's exclusive coaching program lasts for 60 days, this unique coaching opportunity would also last 60 days.

2. Working with Dan, Charlie and me is really geared towards those of you who are new to the industry and are working to get started.  Our goal is the help you avoid the reckless advice offered in group chats, help you through the startup process, help complete applications, ensure you have the right vehicles and equipment, review insurance policies, organize your dispatch and logistics, and further educate you on what to expect, prepare for, and more.  

3. The three of us is definitely not a replacement to one-on-one coaching with Joel.  There are many things we cannot and will not do.  If you are already in business, if you are working to diversify and expand your business and are in need of strategic planning, if you are buying or selling an existing business, if you need help negotiating or preparing proposals and contracts, any technical issues, etc., then you definitely want to work with Joel.    

4. Because this is a new offering, and we need to ensure this doesn't conflict with existing work or projects, we have to offer this opportunity on a first come first serve basis.  We aren't going to make any changes to our websites.  All Options will include FREE copies of Joel's ebooks, the MDT Business Plan, and Joel's DVD Series. You will want to study all of these resources, contact us when done, and then we will email you a questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your start point.

5. Joel offers two options in his coaching program.  Option 1 does not include the custom market analysis and is $4,000.  Option 2 does include the custom market analysis is $4,500.  In similar fashion, there will be two options for working with the three of us.  Option 1 will not include the custom market analysis and will be $2,000.  Option 2 will include the custom market analysis will be $2,500.  

6. To take advantage of either Option, 1 or 2, please email us at jdavis@milliondollartransportation.com and we will send you an electronic invoice.  Please be specific in letting us know which option you are requesting, Option 1 for $2,000 with no custom market analysis, or Option 2 for $2,500 which includes the custom market analysis.  

7. I suggest taking advantage of this opportunity if you are ready to get started sooner rather than later.  Again, our hope is that working with Dan, Charlie, and me will help you avoid many "newbie costly mistakes" as of the result of poor advice or simply not knowing what to do.  We have no intention of "overbooking."  We are already running long on development of custom market analysis, approximately 18-20 weeks, so we need to be prudent in how many new client-providers we take on.  

8. If you want and need our help, Dan, Charlie and me, that is great.  We look forward to helping you.  However, it is important that we be very clear because one of Joel's biggest concerns is people asking for help or services that the three of us cannot provide and then asking Joel to get involved.  Joel has made it abundantly clear he is not going to do it.  Should you determine you need Joel's help, for whatever reason, that would be a completely separate reservation.  There will not be credits or discounts.  Enlisting our help for 60 days and then trying to enlist Joel's help for another 60 days and expecting to pay half as much or a discounted amount is not going to happen.  Again, if you think you are going to need Joel's help, then just make your reservation to work directly with him.  Please be respectful and understanding so as not to make for an awkward situation for any of us.  

As mentioned, this opportunity is for new reservations only and is geared towards those of you who are just starting out, need help navigating the process and further learning the industry.  We believe this opportunity will help many of you to avoid the costly mistakes which will save you a lot of money long-term while also saving us a lot of time in the short-term.
