I will keep this as short and direct as possible.  So, I will answer in bullet
form as follows:

1. I apologize to all of you for my delayed responses to your emails.  I am
simply WAY behind in emails.  So I appreciate all of your correspondence,

4. A lot of you are asking about this new mobile feature with DME 2.0.  This
feature is going to be a HUGE convenience to your dispatchers, your drivers,
and to your bank account!  To further explain:

Drivers will be assigned a unique username and password.  They will use
this login info to sign into a unique web portal from where they will receive
individual customer transport information.

As your dispatchers assign transports to vehicles the information is
automatically conveyed to the drivers.  There is no added work or bourdon on
your dispatchers.

This mobile feature is going to significantly reduce the airtime between
drivers and dispatchers.  This will improve your office atmosphere and free up
your dispatchers workload and allow them to focus on customer service.

This will be a big convenience to drivers as they will not have to continuous
two-way back to dispatch!

Because this can be used via any cell phone with internet access, you can
require new and prospective drivers to use their own cell phones!  Think of
how much money this can save you!

I was paying, on average, $4,000 per month in Nextel cell phone usage.  
That's $48,000 per years just in cell phone usage!  Can you imagine how
much I would have been able to reduce this if my drivers were using their
own cell phones and I didn't have to pay for monthly usage on dozens of
phones?  It's a scary thought!

As I mentioned before, there are no additional charges for this mobile
feature.  You will be able to use this feature at your current rate plan. 
However, membership rates will be increasing in the feature as we have
more features coming out over the next several months.
