We have been experiencing an increasing number of instances where various email messages coming from our many MillionDollarTransportation.com emails are going to peoples junk mail folders. If you are one of our clients and you do not receive a fairly prompt response, please check your junk mail.
In speaking with our media team, from what I understand, this problem can be the result of a number of reasons to include the subject title, content, if it’s an original message versus a response, and more. They have also indicated that many of the search engine-based emails such as Google are continuing to enhance their algorithms to filter out company URL-based emails to further encourage use of their email platforms.
We have discussed incorporating use of a gmail account in addition to our regular accounts, but we have not finalized any specific strategy as of yet, but we will keep you posted. For now, please just check your junk mail if you fail to receive a timely response from us.
For a different topic, please know that we are definitely running on the longer side for development of custom market analysis projects. We have many projects in the queue, but even more, they take quite some time in making the necessary phone calls and often times having to call the same facility multiple times to get targeted insight.
There is no question, the labor related crisis that everyone is facing even makes something like creating a market analysis more difficult. Especially when we call during the day, with everyone being short staffed, the person answering the phone is rushed to get off the phone. Other times, when we call after hours, some staff members don’t even know who the Administrator is! It can be a mixed bag that requires a lot of additional phone calls.
