Well, this afternoon I received news of just such a victory - the AWESOME email below from one of our motivated and hardworking client-providers who wrote as follows:
Hi Joel! I just watched your most recent video...it sucks that Dawn had that experience. Good job for sticking up for her!
I wanted to let you know that I got a call today from a marketing manager from one of the largest Assisted Living Facilities in my area, [Blank Name] (to protect my peeps). I say that because the [Blank] corporation has approximately 10 facilities within 50 miles of home office. He says that he received my marketing information and is interested in having me come to a healthcare marketing event that they're hosting in the first two weeks of June. The event will have residents and Executive Directors, and he would like for me to be one of their vendors who represents the transportation industry.
Joel, I can't say this enough, but I truly would like to thank you and your team for answering all of my questions since we've been working together, recreating my awesome website, sharing your knowledge, and providing me with the tools to succeed. Within the past two weeks, I've entered into one verbal agreement, an actual service agreement (with another [Blank] facility) and have been asked to be a vendor at an event to represent medical transportation. The marketing material that your team put together is phenomenal, and I have no doubt that I am in this position because of their efforts.

Because I know where she started, how the "pressure is building behind the dam" and her business is about to explode, I had to call her personally to congratulate her. Her excitement and appreciation could not be greater and more genuine.
When people ask why we do what we do - the reason is simple, because of victories such as these. Needless to say, they mean the world to her and her family!
The only downside is that both her and her soon-to-be retired husband served in the Air Force....and I hate the Air Force! I lost to them all 4 years while I was at West Point. But man, I sure do love the Navy - we beat them all 4 years! LOL!
But with all seriousness, this client-provider started with a single vehicle, made some costly mistakes, and then took a "leap of faith" and trusted the FAT Man and our Million Dollar Team.
We completely repositioned and overhauled her business model, re-branded her image, and everything in between. Now she's poised to explode!
