Subject: DO NOT DELAY when you find yourself in this situation!

Hello everyone,

This is Dan.  We had two instances this week where providers contacted us seeking help well after accusations and allegations were levied against them.  The problem is, when you don't respond correctly and in a timely manner, the issue only snowballs and works against you.

I am sharing a snipit of one of the two instances where the claimant is suggesting that in December of 2024, almost TWO years ago, he slipped out of a wheelchair and sustain a whopping $1,000,000 worth of personal injuries.

No, he didn't fall down a flight of stairs.  No he didn't fall out a third story window.  He slipped out of a wheelchair and sustained a supposed $1,000,000 worth of bodily injuries.

Obviously, this claim is a joke.  It is your typical bombastic, over-the-top ambulance chasing attorneys seeking a cash grab, but because this issue wasn't squashed earlier on, it has escalated to legitimate lawsuit that must be addressed at a much higher price point.

Should you keep Joel on retainer and in your corner?  Yes, absolutely, but as a minimum, if you are involved in any type of an issue or incident or suspect a claim, allegation or suit is coming, you need to reach out to Joel ASAP!  His review and the timing of his advice and the action you need to take can prove to be invaluable.  Even if the issue eventually requires legal action, you need to mitigate the damage and control the narrative so you are in control versus the ambulance chasing attorneys.

If you don't believe me, please review the snipits below taken directly from the suit and ask yourself what is the value in working to squash the issue(s) before they escalate to a $1,000,000 claim?

As always, contact us with any questions.

Thank you.

Best wishes,
