Subject: Oh, the INSANITY of it all!

Hello to all my Million Dollar Peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!

I know, I know, I'm terrible!  I've been so delinquent in making videos and content, but folks, on our end, we've been busier than we've ever been - working with many of you one-on-one, working on a number of acquisitions, and yes, enjoying personal time and travel with friends and family.

Our NEW baby girl, Gianna, is now just over 3 months old and getting bigger by the minute!  Pretty soon, like her father, I suspect she'll be eating Boston cream donuts!  She is SO delicious!  God is good!

As I digress.  Anyway, let me get down to business and share the true purpose of this message.

I my last video (https://youtu.be/7Uq35GYLMuU) I shared some of the ridiculous lawsuits providers are facing - everything from disgruntled former employees, ambulance chasing attorneys, and family/patients hoping to gain some quick cash from an insurance settlement.

In my next video, I'll share the particulars of the two following cases - which is laughably ridiculous, but I share them because this is what you, the business owner (any business - any industry) can anticipate encountering from former employees, customers, and family.  This is why you ALWAYS need to be on guard, practice sound risk management, properly train your people, and have policies and procedures in place to help insulate and protect you.

The first image I'm sharing is a letter our client-provider received on 8/11/26, but I want you to notice the date of the supposed "incident" ..... 10/4/25 - more than TEN (10) months after the alleged "incident."  Notice, I keep putting quotes around the "incident," because the ambulance chasing attorney has NO idea of the evidence we have that's going to prove their claim to be completely worthless!

What's even funnier, our client provider had literally transported this patient probably 50 times before the supposed "incident," and over the last 10 months, probably another 200+ times because this was a dialysis patient.

Again, I share this with you because it doesn't matter what business or industry you're in, you can eventually expect to receive such nonsense, so you MUST prepare yourself accordingly!

The best part, the day that our client-provider received this letter, they had already transported the patient to dialysis and were waiting for her return to take her back!  SMH .... poor, poor, poor dumb and ill informed slappy pappy attorney.
Now, let the delicious drama get even better.  The first image is from an email a client-provider received on June 15th of this year from an employee who just "ding dong ditched" on her employment.  No advance notice, no advance warning, and of course, no two week notice!

Why, well, as she says, "I did get a higher paying job ..."

But the best part, the punch line of the story, look at the Legal Demand Notice our client-provider was surprised with - a worker's comp case from May 6th - more than a month before she abandoned her employment!

Folks, you CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!

Our client-provider was surprised with this legal action a full month after she quit her job - claiming she was injured on the job more than a month before quitting.  Hysterical!
Again, I'll share more details and particulars of these "incidents" and other topics in my next video, but the real reason why I'm sharing this information is because so many of you are, proverbially speaking, tripping over pebbles and making some of the most colossal mistakes!

Especially you newbies, you're literally willing to GROSSLY overpay for vehicles and equipment you don't need, sign up with brokers that don't even allow you to break even, and only when you're out of time and money, THEN you contact us for help!

The good news is we have NEVER had to pitch, sell, or beg anyone to enlist our help.  The bad news is many of you can't afford us once you're "cornered."

Therefore, I'm not even going to mention working with us one-on-one.  God knows our scheduled is already tight and only growing tighter, and we can't afford to fight to convince anyone of their need to avoid tripping over pebbles.

BUT, BUT, BUT what I'm going to offer to help so many of you so you avoid similar experiences as the client-providers featured above is literally give you FREE access to my 12+ video series.  Why? BECAUSE YOU NEED TO STUDY THIS VIDEO SERIES!!

What's the catch?  Well, the "catch" is STILL to your benefit, but because you need to position yourself to pursue direct-pay contracts and service agreements, when you sign up for a custom market analysis ($1,000) we're going to give you FREE access to my 12+ hour video series.

YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO WORK WITH ME or members of my team!  BUT, you do NEED and want to study the heck out of my video series so you not only learn, but you avoid many costly mistakes.

Again, we're never going to fight with anyone to see the value.  All we have to do is wait, and you'll eventually discover on your end that you need more direct help and assistance - that you've been sold a "bill of goods" by all the pro-broker clowns at the "national accreditation" conventions.

If you're serious, you see the value, and you want to save almost $1,000, then visit us at https://milliondollartransportation.com/marketanalysis.html to make your reservation for a custom market analysis.  When you do, Dan, Dawn, or Charlie (my "Team DDC") will add your project to our queue, and they will work on sending you secure login credentials to access my videos online.

Note, my peeps are running at about 12-15 weeks for development of a custom market analysis because it takes a lot of time to make all those phone calls, but not a problem, it gives you plenty of time to watch my video series multiple time over which you will want to do.

If you have any questions, feel free to email my "Team DDC" at jdavis@milliondollartransportation.com or support@milliondollartransportation.com.

Note, I don't know exactly how long we're going to offer this opportunity - probably until our people get backed up with market analysis projects, so please be advised that this is a first come first serve opportunity that can/will end without advance notice.

See you at the Top!
Joel E. Davis

PS: If you haven't done so already, I encourage you to watch my previous video where I shared incredible examples of lawsuits and demand letters received by some of our client-providers.  https://youtu.be/7Uq35GYLMuU

IF EVER YOU RECEIVE ANY TIME OF LEGAL NOTICE OR DEMAND LETTER, contact us before you do anything - and especially before you pay top dollar to hire a local attorney who, chances are good, might be in collusion with other area ambulance chasing attorneys!
