When we’ve been traumatized, we feel a desperate need for love. So we try chasing it, demanding it, denying it, and arguing with it.
For most of us, it is an arduous, painful and lonely journey, because when we were traumatized love was entangled with pain. While we yearn for it desperately, we simultaneously and instinctively push it away.
I know from years of consciously cultivating healing compassion, it doesn’t have to be the grueling push-pull journey I took. There are steps we can take that make it easier and gentler to get to the love we need—allowing healing to happen more quickly and gracefully.
I’ve dedicated my life to studying and applying healing practices from Native ancestors, St. Germaine, Mary Magdalene and other wisdom keepers that have come before. Our ancestors knew how to take our greatest pain and turn it into alchemical transformation—or more simply stated—physical-emotional awakening.
Now I’m privileged to teach these practices to people who want to release the traumas so they can experience unshakable self-love.
