Over the past few months, we’ve been exploring the 10 Emotional Needs of the Soul and their impact in our lives.
Each month, you’ve been invited to take one of the Emotional Needs into your private Holding sessions in order to ensure that this core need of the soul is truly met.
Discovering and meeting these needs has been so freeing for me. Realizing that the soul longs to have certain experiences in its journey on earth makes complete sense.
As I have shared before, for most of my life I thought some of these needs—like being acknowledged or being recognized—were ego-driven needs.

It had never occurred to me these needs were coming directly from my soul and deserved to be fulfilled!
|
|
Best of all I didn’t have to look for someone to fulfill them for me. I could meet my needs by bringing them into the Holding meditation.
Suddenly emotional gaps inside me started disappearing. The most notable was a deeper feeling of self-appreciation.
Once I let myself enter the sacred space of Holding and let myself feel acknowledgment and recognition, I noticed a wonderful feeling of self-appreciation unfold in my life.
And in the true nature of the law of attraction, once I acknowledged myself, others started acknowledged me with more frequency.
And also in alignment with the law of attraction, while I gratefully received the acknowledgment of others, I didn’t need it any more because it was already fulfilled within me.

Throughout these past months, we have explored some of the emotional gaps you can experience when the soul’s needs are not met, like:
|
|
- an inability to trust in the Divine
- difficulty accessing your spiritual gifts
- feeling lost, incapable, confused or overwhelmed
- feeling like you don’t belong or don’t matter
- feeling unwanted or undeserving
- unloved
- and so many more.
So many of us assume something is wrong with us when we have these feelings—that we need to get busy and fix ourselves.

But truly, there is nothing wrong with you. There is only a longing for specific experiences of love here on earth.
|
|
|
|
|
When you fulfill those needs in sacred space, you feel like you:
- belong
- matter
- feel accepted
- are wanted
- are deserving
- can trust the Divine
- are able to receive life’s gifts
- enjoy using your spiritual abilities
- are loved
- and much more.
|
|
