In my own journey, it has never been enough to read about
consciousness and peak experiences in awakening. I had to have direct experiences
for myself.
Somehow, I had a feeling that if I focused on awakening
to my true nature, I would hold the keys to healing, right partnership, fulfilling
my purpose and prospering. That has been true.
It doesn’t mean my life has been completely free of any
challenges. But it does mean that with whatever is happening, I have
knowingness and practices to carry me through to greater freedom and joy. And
they work.
They work because they are natural to me.
You might know the foundation of these practices—the Holding

This sound healing session affected me in profound ways. The first time I listened to it, I could feel it shifting and moving energy in my body. At points it was uncomfortable and immediately after listening, I started running a low fever, which Misa explains as a “healing crisis.” A day and a half later, the fever was gone and I felt better and stronger than I had all winter.
