Many years ago, I found myself afraid to take action in my life. The number of ways I could delay and distract myself from what I knew I needed to do was nothing short of amazing.
And the number of ways I could explain away my lack of action was even more astounding.
This period in my life was in contrast to years in which I did too much and gave too much of myself away.

Ah…finding balance is a tricky dance!

Ultimately, I had to find my balance with my yin (Sacred Feminine) and yang (Sacred Masculine) natures in order to heal and thrive in my sacred work.
My lack of balance was all wrapped up in my definition and relationship to God, or the Divine, as I like to refer to the Source now.
