Happy June Friend!
A few weeks ago I wrote about how I felt like a flower planted in the wrong environment. Have you ever felt that way? Have you thought, “If I could just live near __________, I think I would feel so much better?”
My intuitive guidance was that I needed to move back to the Southwest in order to be in the right soil, with the right amount of sun and rain for me to flourish. And I’m already seeing results. |

The fact is that we all live in a world where we are exposed to things like toxins and EMFs that can compromise our health. Even healers aren’t immune.
Living in Virginia taxed my body, with exposure to mold, mildew, and numerous airborne allergens that were new to me. It was only after we had moved there that I learned the area was nicknamed “Allergy Alley”. With that exposure I experienced pneumonia, bronchitis and asthma for the first time in my life.
My dreams and healing work showed me I had also been exposed to an industrial chemical containing high levels of chromium, which had compromised my immune system, memory and nervous system. Yikes!
So, you can imagine how thrilled I’ve been to be here in the desert feeling stronger and healthier.

Without the benefit of the direct insights for physical intervention and emotional healing that I received in my dreams and meditations—plus my sound medicine, of course—I shudder to think about how compromised I might have been.
And getting to the right environment is making a huge difference. I feel 75% better already, here in New Mexico. With all that extra energy, I’m excited to do the remaining emotional healing, cleansing and repair work that will restore me to full health.
Plus, I’m jazzed to expand my sacred work in the world—in healing and awakening in Sacred Feminine consciousness.
I was definitely a flower that needed a different environment in order to blossom. I’m so grateful Jeffrey trusted in my intuitive desire to be here. And how poetic, that we got to the desert just in time to see it in bloom!

The desert has been my magic, and it feeds me at every level.
|

Each of us has access to the kind of internal wisdom that helps us evolve our minds, bodies and spirits to meet the challenges of today’s world.

Here are three ways you can open up the magic in your life:
Get more creative. Creativity stimulates the activity of your subconscious mind and brings intuitive wisdom to the surface. In my book, The Root of All Healing, I talk about how inspiration and intuition are kissing cousins. When you stimulate one, it stimulates the other.
Make friends with your subconscious mind. In order to know your subconscious mind, you’ll need to quiet down your consciously active mind. You can do that a myriad of ways like meditating, doing conscious walking, activating your dreams, or automatic writing or drawing. As you make room for the wisdom beneath the surface to rise, you’ll get specific insights for thriving.
Take action on the insights you receive. The only way you will know if those insights are going to work for you is if you take action on them. The more quickly you take action, the more quickly you get results—and the more frequently you’ll get more insights.
