Hi Friend!

Do you find yourself feeling disrespected all too often?

We are living through a tremendous time of change. 


If you are empathic, you might feel tired and exhausted by the sheer amount of energy around you. Or you might be feeling agitated or depressed. 


What I have learned about chaos and change is that being present, but unaffected, requires us to anchor into our spiritual core.

There is no greater time to rely on our spiritual centers than when we are approaching a tipping point.


A tipping point is a significant change that occurs after a number of small changes.


Tipping points are often preceded by chaos. Why? Simply put, you are leaving one system and entering a new system, and the time in between is where everything is not fully formed.


This is true if you are going from unwell to healed, being a single person to being a partner, getting by financially to being prosperous, changing from one career to another, or going from divisiveness to a more unified nation. 


Or discovering how to cultivate greater respect for yourself and others.


There is a certain amount of confusion and unrest that occurs prior to a tipping point.


As a conscious person, I’m sure you know this, but it is valuable to acknowledge…


…If you want to move through the chaos with less discomfort and more grace—you want to act from an anchored perspective of calm and clarity. You want to be mindful.

This is so beautifully expressed by Jon Kabat-Zinn:


Mindfulness is about love and loving life. When you cultivate this love, it gives you clarity and compassion for life, and your actions happen in accordance with that.


In compassionate clarity, you are able to move through the chaos without feeling caught up in it.

We all want to feel respected. It is one important way we know we are loved. 


Respect is a powerful energy for peaceful transformation. And I believe it is what we need now more than ever—individually and collectively.
