Before we get into our topic for today, I want to take a moment to celebrate you. 😊 This past year has not been the easiest year on record. And yet, each day when I’m online on calls with so many of you, I’m struck by your resilience and steadfast hearts. I love being there for you in your journey of awakening. Whether you are here because of your interest in lasting healing, opening to your purpose, expanding your relationships, or a love for feminine consciousness—all roads lead to awakening. This April, a few of my colleagues are putting on events that I’m participating in, and naturally, I’ll be inviting you. I carefully choose events I think will offer you something unique and special from colleagues I respect. If an event topic doesn’t appeal, just pass it by. If it does appeal—awesome—enjoy!

Springtime is traditionally the season that calls us out of our caves and into the sunshine. It’s the time we feel our lifeforce flowing, and with it, our sexuality. Understanding sacred sexuality helped me in healing from the sexual abuse I experienced as a child, allowed me to claim my body’s Divine nature—and it is a recognized pathway to awakening.
When my friend, Helen Hillix, asked me a year ago to participate in her summit on sacred sexuality, I didn’t jump right in. I don’t usually discuss what I have learned about tantra.
