Like it did for Ariann. She had been experiencing chronic genetic depression for 15 years. I introduced her to the Holding Meditation and she did it faithfully for three months, Holding two or three times each day. At the end of that time, while in meditation, she watched the cloud of depression lift from her body. It’s been nearly a decade now, and the depression never returned.
