There's a couple of exciting gigs coming up over the summer, starting tomorrow!
I'll be playing with jazz singer and Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actress Gloria Reuben at The Triad Theatre, 158 West 72nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Ave. Sat August 3rd, 7pm.. one show set.
Featuring Endea Owens on bass, myself on piano. Swinging standards, gorgeous vocals, come and enjoy some great classics from Angel Eyes and Save Your Love For Me, to fresh takes on some of her favorite Nat King Cole tunes in celebration of his 100th birthday.
Gloria is well known for her acting roles in ER, Mr Robot, Cloak & Dagger, Lincoln (movie) + more
For those in New York, ill be playing the piano chair again at Birdlands Cast Party, Monday August 26th. Always a crazy fun night! If you're a singer or instrumentalist, come down and sit in! (Email me too!).

For those who didn't catch it, this is a brand new project of all Gershwin.. BUT not just his Jazz / American Songbook material, some classical themes too from Concerto in F, The Preludes, Rhapsody, An American in Paris etc.. 6 piece band, featuring 2019 Grammy Nominee vocalist Nicole Zuraitis, bassist Endea Owens, drummer Curtis Nowosad, trumpeter Jonathan Dely, and guitarist Alex Wintz. |
