Hello Friend,
There is someone whose post you scroll past a little faster.
Same batch as you. Same college, or same first company, or same team eight years ago. And now they are everywhere — speaking somewhere, hired somewhere, congratulated by four hundred people in a comment section.
You are happy for them. You typed the congratulations. And something small and unpleasant moved in your chest anyway.
Most people carry that feeling as proof that they are a bad person.
It is not. It is data.
WHAT ENVY ACTUALLY IS
You do not envy things you do not want. Nobody looks at a stranger who became a champion swimmer and feels a pang. Envy is rarely about the other person.
More often, it is pointing toward something inside you that feels unfinished. A dream you settled for. A desire you stopped admitting. A possibility you no longer believe is yours.
YOUR EXERCISE — SHARE IN THE GROUP
Name the person. You do not have to tell anyone who it is.
Then answer: What does that tell me I still deeply desire? or What have I stopped believing is possible for me?

Tomorrow is the fourth teacher. And this one is the hardest — because tomorrow the teacher is not another person.
Sunday 26th July, 11:10 AM to 1:10 PM. Camera on.
