It is Guru Purnima week & on Sunday 26th, July 11:10 Am - 1:10 Pm we are meeting for a special Guru Purnima Sankalp Session.

So for 4 days I am running four exercises with the community. 

Each one takes two minutes. Each one is a teacher that shows you a pattern that quietly decides how far the resume and the LinkedIn actually take you.

You have three to catch up on.

Teacher 1 — The person who bothers you most.
Think of someone — Your boss who takes credit for your work. A colleague who gets picked over you or any family member who irritates you. Now ask yourself — why does this bother me so much? What is this person teaching me about myself? 

Teacher 2 — The door that closed.
Think of the promotion you did not get. The appraisal that did not match. The role that went to someone else. You were angry at the company, at the system. But before that happened — had you already been accepting less? Maybe you never asked for the promotion. Maybe you never told anyone you wanted it. Maybe you were waiting to be noticed. Complete this sentence: Before that door closed, I had already accepted ____________.

Teacher 3 — The person you find hard to be happy for.
Same batch, same starting point, and now they are ahead. That uncomfortable feeling is not jealousy — it is a want you stopped allowing yourself to have. What does that tell me I still deeply desire? or What have I stopped believing is possible for me?
