Quick action needed to pass raw milk in ND!
The North Dakota Senate Ag Committee voted to recommend passage of House Bill 1515 (HB 1515 ) to allow direct sale of raw milk to consumers. We just found out that the bill is likely to be voted on in the full Senate Monday, April 3.

While there may be amendments regarding placement of the bill in the ND Code, it appears that this bill is a simple one provided that farms may sell raw milk directly to the end consumer for personal consumption. Our readers certainly understand the health benefits of raw milk and its safety.

HB1515 will be heard on Monday, April 3 in the full Senate, so please act now!
