Subject: Act Now for Raw Milk in Massachusetts!

Currently in Massachusetts, raw milk is only allowed to be directly sold from a certified raw milk producer’s property. Bill S.43, filed by Sen. Anne Gobi, would expand raw milk access by allowing for raw milk delivery to customers as long as the milk is sold prior to delivery.

There is no formal deadline for written testimony, though a timely submission allows the Committee time to thoroughly review testimony.
