Applications Now Being Accepted for the Next Community Cars Exhibit

| | | Showcase Your Restored or Vintage Vehicle Inside Sloan Museum!
Sloan Museum of Discovery's Community Cars Exhibit is now accepting applications to showcase your vintage vehicles inside the Durant Vehicle Gallery. Generously sponsored by The Margaret Dunning Foundation and in partnership with vintage automobile collectors and car enthusiastsm, this unique community-curated exhibit first opened in the Fall of 2025. It features three cars from the community for one year inside Sloan's Durant Vehicle Gallery. Current applications are being reviewed for the September 2026-August 2027 exhibit period. The Community Cars exhibit is a chance for our community members to showcase their own vehicles in the Sloan Museum alongside rare and historical vehicle artifacts from Sloan Museum's vehicle collection. Vehicles must be at least 15 years old, must be in running condition with no leaks or functional defects, and the owner must be able to transport the vehicle to Sloan Museum of Discovery.
