If you've been following this newsletter for while, you know I enjoy sending out "girl beats boy with martial arts" videos...
And the reason why I like these sorts of videos so much, is because I enjoy seeing real martial arts applied well to beat a larger, stronger opponent.
I mean, that's the whole reason why I signed up for martial arts in the first place. And, isn't that sort of the holy grail of martial arts technique?
But, I digress, so let's just get right to the video clip for this week...
