Subject: Tai Chi To Prepare For An MMA Match?

Friend,

We all know Conor McGregor caught all kinds of hell for using some rather touchy-feely training methods to prepare for his more recent fights.

However, we also know that guy does all the other stuff pro fighters have to do. Pad work. Ground work. Wrestling and take downs. Sparring.

And no doubt, he's acquitted himself well in the ring lately.

But what if a fighter decided they weren't going to do all the normal stuff fighters do to get ready for a match? What if they just decided to throw out all the sparring, pad work, rolling, bag work, and other stuff fighters do to win fights?

What if they just decided to focus on... tai chi or aikido to win a full-contact match?*

How do you think they'd fare?

Okay, so what do you think about school owners who toss out or ignore all the tried and proven methods for growing a school?

Hmmm... did I just throw you a curveball?

Read this to find out what I think about people who ignore proven methods:

Until next time,
