This is a nice breakdown of a fight between Yong Soo Park, a Korean TKD champion, and Jerome LeBanner, the legendary Muay Thai fighter.
The fight is short, and it highlights the fact that modern sport TKD is an unbalanced striking system. It's not that modern sport TKD doesn't have its merits, it's just that it lacks tactics and strategies for fighting at close range.
Anyway, the build-up is long but the fight is short. If you've ever had trouble fighting a good kicker, this is one to watch, because LeBanner puts on a clinic on how to deal with a dangerous kicker.
