Subject: How To Sell A Martial Art School, Part I...

Friend,

I've been getting a lot of questions lately on how to sell a martial art school. Well, it just so happens that I wrote an article series a few years back on that topic.

There are four articles in the series. You can read them straight through if you like, but I'll be sending out links to each article as the week progresses.

Anyway, here's the first article in the series, which deals with the reasons why you might want to sell a martial art school, and determining what it's worth:

P.S. - It's hard to sell a school when you don't have solid numbers that prove how much it earns. If you're thinking of selling your school sometime within the next few years, you need to make sure your books are in order. Hire an accountant or bookkeeper to help you with that task, because the first thing a potential buyer will ask you is if they can see your books.
