Notice the title of today's email was "how to fix a broke dojo", not a "broken" dojo. The two are not always the same.
Broke dojos (and broke dojo owners) are sadly quite commonplace. Many dojo owners resign themselves to living a life of poverty for the sake of their art (as starving martial artists -- see yesterday's email).
And it's totally unnecessary.
