| A friend in need Many of you know my sidekick Ron Lake, who has done several European trips with me and is the trusted driver of my van on New York City excursions. Ron recently was diagnosed with cancer and is getting chemo and radiation treatments that have been rather rough, which is actually an understatement.
He’s maintaining his great sense of humor as much as he can but I know he could use some support from our photo community. Dropping him an email at photoz35@icloud.com would be a great gesture.
Just like all of us going through Covid-19, Ron will get through this, but it is a hard battle, this isn't a pillow fight. He’s chomping at the bit to get back in the van, driving through the streets of NYC and seeing how many things he can run over.
