If you're feeling like you want to stand on a mountaintop and yell, "What the heck is going on with the world?" lately Friend, I'm up for the hike and I'll go with you! 😎


Truth is, having worked with energy for decades, it's pretty obvious to me that the collective negative focus of millions of people have brought us here.


Another fact is that no one can have the things they want by focusing on what they don't want.


But with current world situations, it's a lot easier to find things wrong than find things right, for most people. 😕


I've paused doing some things when and where I used to because I'm aware things are different right now.


So, if you've found yourself noticing more negative than positive, it can be frustrating and depressing (just to name two of many icky emotions it pulls up), especially if you are usually a positive woman. 


What you need to remember is this... 


It isn't your fault, it's your default.


Your subconscious mind's job is to always be looking for threats to your survival so it can protect you from them. 👍


The scary part is that right now there seem to be a lot more of those threats than usual and your subconscious is reminding you of them daily. (Gee, thanks! Ugh.)


Thank goodness, it's taking care of you though, Friend. 👌


You need some simple steps to turn things around for yourself so you can feel better while also being as safe and healthy as humanly possible.


Also, so that when you are out in the world, you are protected from most or all of the negative energy that may be swirling around.
