Hello My Friends from Michigan Retreat!

I can't tell you how much you all changed my life and gave me a passion to offer you more support. When I got back to Wisconsin, I talked with my friend, retired Veteran Navy Chief Christine Baumann and we decided to start a support group that starts this Sunday night.

We originally had it scheduled at 7CST then after talking to Gina and doing my interview with her for my podcast I realized that would be really late for those of you on Eastern Time so we moved it back to 6 CST. I would love for all of you to join us and give me an update on how you are doing, how we can help or perhaps how you can serve your sisters who are struggling.

I am excited to have Gina be my first Veteran interview and Christine, who will be co-facilitating the support group, my 2nd interview.
