Just like a bag of forgotten potatoes, if left unchecked, these pesky little thoughts can become downright rotten and start stinking up your mental space. But fear not, because today we’re turning those negative spuds into positive blooms with some timeless, scientifically-backed tips—sprinkled with a bit of humor, of course! 1. Be Careful How You Handle Rotten Thoughts Let’s start by treating those toxic thoughts like a carton of expired milk—(or rotten potatoes) acknowledge them, but don’t let them linger. It’s about swapping mental “Uh ohs” with “You got this!” Remember, even superheroes have bad days; they just don’t dwell on them. 2.
