Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at New Prospect! We are excited about seeing all our chess students Monday, August 17th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

New Prospects Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting August 17th, and ending December 14th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:40pm - 3:40pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:45pm - 4:45pm

Club location
Media Center

Club does not meet
9/7, 9/21, 10/12, 11/23

Pick up location

Dismissal will be at the front of the building in the carpool lanes.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

**Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
