Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Findley Oaks! We are excited about seeing all our chess students Monday, August 17th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Findley Oaks Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Monday, starting August 17th, and ending December 7th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:45pm - 3:50pm
• 2nd Hr - 3:55pm - 5:00pm

Club location
Classrooms J135 & J137

Club does not meet
9/7, 9/21, 10/12, 11/23

Pick up location

Carpool dismissal will be from the Front Entrance Breezeway. Carpool parents stay in their cars.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

**Second-hour drop-off: Please arrive at the first-hour dismissal, and our coaches will receive your child from there.
