Dear Kid Chess Parents,

Welcome to the Kid Chess club at Heards Ferry! We are excited about seeing all our chess students September 4th.

This semester will be filled with exciting chess, bughouse, and blitz games and targeted lessons to ensure your young chess player increases their skills and interest in the game.

Heards Ferry Chess Club

Days & dates
Club meets on Thursday, starting September 4th, and ending December 11th, with Trophy Day.

Club times
• 1st Hr - 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

• 2nd Hr - 3:35 pm - 4:35 pm

Media Center

Club does not meet

10/16, 11/27

Pick up location

Parents Pickup through the Bus Lane / Cafeteria side of the school. Parents should stay in cars and wait for coaches/students to come to them. ID must be presented to pick up child.

* On days when chess club meets, please send your child to school with a note for their teacher saying that they will be attending chess after school.

** We will notify you by email in the event of changes to class times, locations and/or dates.
