Now there are a lot of crazy things happening around us right now.

For example, I can get to McDonald's and buy a big mac and fries....
I can go to the Liquor store and buy my fave Gin and Tonic and Beers.

What a great recipe for gaining weight!

But darn, I can't go to the gym and workout.
