Subject: What's New and Good?

"We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." ~ Walt Disney
Friend,

Happy Spring! I love this time of year. With new beginnings, sunny days, and warmer temperatures on the way, what's not to love?

It's a great time to start something new. Especially since we still have everyday stressors that can make even the sunniest of days seem not so bright. It's important to take stock of where we're at and decide where we want to go every once in a while. When we have a plan, we're so much better equipped to navigate chaos and overwhelm without becoming a victim to all the drama and stress.

That's why I'm delighted to share a new program (and some old favorites) to satisfy your natural curiosity to learn and be a better version of yourself.

Read more here to learn more about a new program I'm rolling out that will guide you to take small steps towards a happier, balanced life.

There's so much to be excited about in the world of integrative health. Check out the rest of the newsletter to see what else is new and good!

Take care,

Kat

Good Reads

If organizing your surroundings is a challenge for you, check out The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo.

The premise of the book is that if you clean up your surroundings, the rest of your life will magically start to fall into place. Some of the takeaways are:
  • Tackle by categories not room by room as you probably have duplicates of certain things in different places.
  • Nostalgia is not your friend. It might be time to throw out that dried up corsage from high school!
  • Purging will make you feel so much better.
  • There's a method to folding clothes that will help you keep track of what you actually own.
  • Rediscover your sense of style. Knowing where everything is helps keep us from wearing the same thing over and over again.
I bought the book myself and it's an easy read. Check it out and see what you think!
