Woodstock was not about sex, drugs and rock and roll. It was about spirituality, about love, about sharing, about helping each other, living in peace and harmony.

Friend,
The only thing resembling Woodstock when it comes to CBD is the big love fest I'm having with it. If you haven't heard of CBD oil yet, let me be the first to introduce you.

CBD stands for Cannabinoid and it's a compound extracted from hemp plants. It works synergistically with our endo-cannabinoid system which is a self regulatory system in charge of regulating mood, appetite, sleep and hormones.

We have CBD receptors in our body: CBD 1 receptors are located in the brain and CBD 2 receptors are located in the gut (which is why I am constantly stressing the importance of gut health and its relationship to nervous conditions).

What are the benefits of taking a CBD Oil supplement? One of the biggest impacts that is being reported by people who use CBD Oil is its ability to induce a state of calm and relaxation. When neurons are over-firing, they can't communicate with each other effectively. It's kind of like giving kids candy and watching them run around in a manic state.

According to psychologist Dr. Marie Walbridge, CBD Oil quiets excessive neuronal activity. When the neurons slow down, people feel calmer, more centered and more able to cope with the various conditions life presents. It essentially gives food to the neurons that they were lacking.

CBD has a wide range of benefits. Read more here ...
