Friend,

How are you doing with reducing coffee, dairy, processed food and sugar? Often this can be more of a mental struggle than a physical one. It might help to tackle one of them at a time. Choose the habit you'd most like to conquer. 

Remember, there's no right or wrong way to detox. Any step, no matter how small, will move you towards better health.
