Subject: Moving on ...

There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind.

~ C.S. Lewis

Hi Friend,

I'm ready to move on from 2019. It wasn't necessarily a bad year for me, but it was challenging. My sleep patterns were off, I was exhausted, waking up wired but tired, dealing with chronic anxiety, physically unbalanced and getting more and more frustrated with the current medical system (both allopathic and functional).

And through it all, I just kept going. Hope is a powerful motivator.

I finally found what I was looking for and it came from three places:

  • Homeopathy — I trusted my good friend, Sally Bacharz of Finding Balance, to help me find the perfect remedy. Not an easy task when you're a control freak like me. And given my own training in the field of homeopathy, I didn't make it easy for her. I'm grateful for her patience and her friendship.

  • Chiropractic — Carol DeFranca of Enhanced Integrative Wellness is a gifted practitioner with knowledge that goes well beyond the chiropractic realm. She is one of the best tools in my toolbox and I trust her with my life.

  • Knowledge — My naturopathic training at Trinity School of Natural Health was the icing on the cake. It was during nine modules in pH balance/RBTI (Reams Biological Theory of Ionization) that I discovered something that my primary care and functional medicine doctor missed. My pH was dangerously off in two areas: salts and sugar. Within three days of taking corrective measures, my anxiety became nearly non-existent, my balance fully restored, my sleep is getting better with each passing day and my energy levels are getting back on the circadian rhythm path.

I admit I'm a bit obsessed with RBTI/pH balance. The fact that it made such a dramatic difference in such a short amount of time has my full attention.

If our body's pH is out of healing range we not only feel terrible, we start to lose vital nutrients and minerals. That means no matter how great you eat or how many supplements you take, you're not going to absorb what you need to live a healthy balanced life.

If you're interested in learning more about RBTI, please contact me by responding to this message or call me (617.678.4088). I'd be delighted to share what I've learned with you.

If you're ready to have your own pH analysis, you may schedule it here. Please enjoy my introductory rate of $75 through February 8, 2020.

I'm looking forward to moving on from 2019 and embracing all the 2020 has to offer!

Wishing you well,
