My father used to say, it's never too late to do anything you wanted to do.

Friend,
In recognition of Father's Day, I thought we'd focus on the men in our lives in this week. We love them, we need them and we definitely care about them.

Have you noticed if the man—or men—in your life seem to be losing strength? Don't assume that's part of the natural aging process. There are many a man (and woman) with more physical strength than people half their age.

So here's the deal. There's a lot going on in the human body. There's so many biochemical reactions and all of them need nutrients.

It's no wonder that a few key deficiencies can lead to low testosterone levels.

So here are the questions you should be asking yourself—or asking your man:

Did you know that you need zinc and vitamin D to produce enough testosterone? Do you know which foods are the best sources of them? Do you know what to look for before you consider supplemention?

Well, I've laid it all out for you here.

Best Wishes for a Happy Father's Day!
