Welcome to Day 4 of the Transition phase!

Did you notice any unwanted symptoms from eating nuts yesterday? Remember to take note of all your symptoms after adding in a new transition food.

Today, we’re continuing to add nuts into your diet with a Collard Wrap with Thai Peanut Sauce! You can find the recipe in your meal plan booklet.

Today’s action step is to practice tongue scraping. Never heard of it?
Tongue scraping removes the mucus and toxic build-up in your mouth. Use a tongue scraper or a spoon to reach to the back of your tongue and pull forward, scraping off the white film and repeat. If your mouth isn’t healthy, your body isn’t going to be healthy either.

My favorite scraper is Dr. Tung’s Tongue Cleaner. You can buy this on Amazon or at your local natural food store. Do this in the morning and before bed.

Today’s Action Steps:

1. Practice tongue scraping.

2. Continue to write down how you feel in your food journal after you add in a new food.

Next Step:

• Share your experience with the group and ask others how they are feeling too.

If you need more support or you have any concerns about how you were feeling, please reply to this email, or reach out to me in the support group.

To your thriving health,

Kat
