Welcome to Day 5 and congratulations on making through Phase 1 of our Clutter Clean Out! Today we're talking about grains and pastas. I don't know about you, but I grew up in an Italian family and pasta was major part of our traditions. When I first learned that pasta wasn't very healthy, I was devastated. But that didn't last long as I found healthier versions to up-level my eating experience.

Pantry Clean Out Day 5: Grains & Pastas

This can be a tough topic for a lot of people. Especially given our current circumstances. Pasta especially is a comfort food that we want when we're dealing with any major life crisis. Add to that the fact that it's affordable, it seems like a good option for feeding your family. And it still can be.
