GRATITUDE

Mindset Secret Weapon – Gratitude

No matter how many bad things are happening, if we take a long hard look there is far more to be grateful for. Make a gratitude list to change your mindset and refocus. Experts suggest keeping a journal and writing in it three to four times a week.

According to Psychology today, and best practices, gratitude can be self-cultivated. "Studies show that we can deliberately cultivate gratitude, and can increase our well-being and happiness by doing so. In addition, gratefulness—and especially expression of it to others—is associated with increased energy, optimism, and empathy."

Gratitude causes us to focus on the good things we already have. It improves our well-being in almost every regard.
Wise Words ...

“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
