Subject: Clean Eating Transition Day 3

Friend,

I am beyond thrilled with you. I am so proud of the commitment you have made to this program. I want to recap everything you have learned so far.

  1. Journaling your food in the Food Diary will deepen your understanding beyond this program to learn about your food sensitivities.
  2. If you need to lengthen the Phase 3 to reintroduce foods back into your diet, please do, as you know your body best.   3. Eat mini meals throughout the day to stabilize blood sugar.
  4. Consume good fats such as coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, and avocado to boost metabolism and adrenal and thyroid function.
  5. Avoid refined sugars that rob you of nutrients.
  6. Eat foods that are rich in B vitamins, such as cultured vegetables, Kombucha, Kevita, or make your own cultured foods and drinks (you have several of my signature recipes in your recipe guide). Make sure you add at least 1-3 cultured foods to your diet; the key to your health is your gut.
  7. Stress is the biggest toxin, so take the tools you have learned and de-stress your life.
