Subject: Clean Eating Day 7

Friend,

You’ve done it. You have arrived at the end of Phase 2. Wow! Can you believe it? I am so excited to start the next phase. Please refer to your Simple Daily Protocol, your meal planner, your shopping list, and your recipe guide for details on Phase 3.

Phase 3 is about beginning to add back in foods that are on the avoid list. We are going to be adding back in foods slowly, as we want at least 24 hours to observe any emotional or physical reactions. Often, the hidden intolerances are harder to find, which is why you want to document in the Food Diary how you feel both emotionally and physically after you eat.

Remember, the transition phase is only 4 days, allowing us to reintroduce just a few potentially sensitive foods. I suggest you continue to add back other allergenic foods (see your program guide for the list) after the program slowly (one food every 24-48 hours) and watch for any reactions. If you observe a reaction, remove the food from your diet for 14 days before reintroducing it to see if the same reaction occurs.
