Subject: Clean Eating Day 7

End of Phase Check In

You did it. You’ve reached the end of Phase 2. Can you believe it? So much transformation has taken place as a result of small steps you've taken towards massive change. You have great momentum, so let’s keep it going!

Remember to have fun with this program by trying new foods, taking care of yourself, and empowering yourself to truly know your body.

Here are a few questions for you to answer to see what you’ve accomplished so far:

  • What have you learned about your body?
  • What old patterns of thinking have you started to release?
  • Have you noticed any changes in your mood or your energy?
  • Have you noticed a decrease in inflammation or weight-loss?

Write all of these answers in your journal so you have these amazing reminders of everything you’ve accomplished. If you take anything with you from this experience, I hope it’s re-learning to fuel your body with the right foods and to live in the moment because you are worth it.

Tomorrow we begin our transition! As mentioned in the Program Guide, the foundation of this program is the elimination diet. So, tomorrow you will be adding back in a simple food once a day. In your 11-Day Suggested Meal Plan, we have selected simple foods for you during the next 4 days, so you really can notice how your body responds to the reintroduction of these foods.

Over the next 4 days you will learn a lot from your body, and it is important to continue to use your Food Diary to track your foods and your responses. If you feel you have a reaction to a certain food, remove it from your diet for at least 7 days before you try again. In this program, we are adding 1 simple food a day, and we’ll be reintroducing foods in that are not high on the allergy list. In a traditional elimination diet, foods would be added in one at a time every three days. Feel free to extend the transition phase as long as you like to discover your unique body blueprint in a way that works for you.

Foods that are high on the allergy list to pay particularly close attention to:

  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Corn
  • Citrus
  • Nuts

Enjoy your last day of this phase and congratulate yourself on a job well done. Treat yourself to something special, and tomorrow we’ll get started with your transition!
