Thanks to those of you who sent lovely birthday messages on 7th! I had a lovely birthday, complete with balloons which my dear (85 year old) mom decided were appropriate......I appreciate her thoughtfulness and expressions of caring, even though I'm not really a balloon kind of person!

This is just a quick reminder of tomorrow's focus class and energy process in harmony with the powerful energies of this eclipse!

It is a real energetic disruption which could propel you out of your pre-established comfort zones enabling a re-set of what has become familiar, known and relied upon. In addition to the collective revolutionary energy that pervades this time generally, there are likely to be personal upheavals and abrupt endings, sudden breaks in attachments and new opportunities as the rhythms of life are interrupted.

This is not necessarily an easy time, although the greater the level of awareness and consciousness around this time, the more internal stability you can generate to maintain alignment both with what serves you and those around you.

In addition to the relevant time frames below, check back on February of this year for what you may have been wanting to initiate - as this is likely to be expanded and get bigger now. Hold your focus on your positive creations and contributions and bear in mind which scripts that have worked until now, need to be flipped!
